This product is made from graphite tape
which is twisted, braided and treated with corrosion inhibitors and
a blocking agent. It has the superior leakage and emissions control
ability of die-formed graphite rings it is convenient, economical
and easy to replace. This product dissipates produced heat from installation
effectively, also the self-lubricating quality of graphite protects
shaft sleeve and extends packing life. This product forms a homogeneous
mass under various conditions, so it can be used suitable for high
temperature and pressure steam applications.

YL#3000-I which is impregnated with inconel(Fe-Ni-Cr)
is made for high temperature and pressure valve. YL#3000-I
can be supplied in continuous lengths, cut and formed
into rings with specific stack heights to suit customer
requirements, so inventory cost can be reduced. YL#3000-I
is suitable for both new and retrofit valves. YL#3000-I
seals even with stem and housing imperfection, also it
is safe at fire. Physical properties of YL#3000-I are
superior than other products. Also, it is very low fugitive
emission levels, reduces maintenance cost, and increases
operating efficiency. It's suitable for steam, water,
hot oils, solvents, hydrocarbons, and alkalis(exception
: strong oxidizing compound).

YL#3000 has the maximum leakage controlling
ability which is almost same ability of the die-formed
graphite rings, and also, the braided construction has
the flexibility which is lack in universal die-formed
rings. Therefore, it is easy to install and isn't breakable.
When you install it, you don't need to measure anything.
Also, it is very exclusive product which can be used extensively
for valves and pumps. It isn't expensive, and any other
dies or graphite molded rings are not needed. Also, the
incorrect ring size can not be the causes of any dangerous
accidents.

YL#3000-M is produced by several layers
of expanded graphite core that is reinforced with a wire
mesh covering. Its blocking agents are more enhanced.
The packing exterior is densely impregnated with lubricating
agents and a corrosion inhibitor to reduce stem friction.
It isn't transformated and abraded, if it's used for
a long time, and dissipates produced heat from installation
effectively.
YL#3000-M has flexibility, and strong property, also
it is safe at fire. It works very well in high temperature,
