YL#7700 Graphite Pressure Seal Gaskets is a Gaskets of perfectly
new concept. It is self energized seal style, and it is used to
high temperature and high pressure which are over 600PSI valves.
It is usually used to atomic generation, steam generation, and pertochemistry.
Originally used materials of Metal are not adapted well to irregular
and transformed valve which is made by high temperature and high
pressure as generation gets old. We make a product using flexible,
elastic, and restorable Graphite and end cap.
YL#7700 Graphite Pressure Seal Gaskets uses materials which are managed
by corrosion inhibitor and expanded graphite having high degree
of purity. It is very flexible, elastic, and restorable. After perfectly
correcting deformities, we put end cap in it. The product is well
adapted to irregular and transformed valve which is made by high
temperature and high pressure.

It can be easily corrected to the same shape
like the shape of fabricated valve body and bonnet.
It is very easy to put in and take out without harming
the body of valve.
In case of harming the surface of sealing, you can reduce
the cost of preservation and repair because it is very
easy to correct deformities by its flexibility, elastic
ability, and restorable ability.
The life of high pressure valve can be lasted for long
time because corrosion inhibitor is used to Graphite.
